In order to serve you in the best way we can, the staff at Hair Hair Salon and Spa graciously request that you abide by the Salon and Spa policies. We want you to enjoy yourself in a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere.
All Spa reservations must be accompanied by cash prepayment or credit-card guarantee: we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Gift Certificates must be presented upon redemption. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Please no changes or substitutions to our Spa Packages.
Spa reservations require a minimum two-day cancellation notice or you may incur a 50% per person cancellation fee.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before spa services to receive a locker and robe and to complete treatment consultation cards.
Because our Spa and Salon are designed to promote the relaxation of our clients, children without appointments must be supervised by an adult. No children are allowed in the Spa.
For Hair services, 24 hours notice is required or you may incur the cost of the service.
Hair Hair Salon and Spa has a "no cash refund" policy. Cancellation refund will be credited to your credit card.
Our service results are guaranteed only with continued client use of AVEDA products.
